Sky-Hi's Digester Wash Funnel System is designed to save you time.
Our unique system collects the wash waste water from the cooking screens into an opening in the middle protection deck. It is then funneled through an enclosed chute to the bottom of the digester. This allows washing crews to be working on the upper cooking screens as well as the lower extraction or wash screens at the same time.
The benefit to you will be realized in shutdown time savings which will increase your mills performance and profit.
The Sky-Hi Digester Wash Funnel System is an interlocking, modular aluminum system that we can custom fit to your digester. We have designed it to work perfectly with Sky-Hi's aluminum access scaffold system which can also be custom designed for your digester.
